📋 Description

• Provide initial and/or final review support for federal, state, and multi-state corporate tax returns with an emphasis on flow-through entities • Provide initial and/or final review support for federal, state, and multi-state individual tax returns for corporate business owners and high net worth individuals • Build client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to effectively deliver superior client services • Identify opportunities for value-added services and potential cross-selling of other firm services to existing clients • Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to mentor, train, and develop staff members • Support partner team in practice development; including attending conferences, networking events, and training and speaking engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with a medium-sized public accounting firm preparing and reviewing corporate and individual income tax returns • CPA certification • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Proficient in project management including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence, and research • Strong attention to detail • Integrity within a professional environment
