📋 Description

• Own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms • Ensure availability, performance, and resiliency of critical business applications • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex Layer 4–7 traffic management and application delivery issues • Lead root-cause analysis and restore service in high-availability production environments • Drive continuous improvement across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms through automation, optimization, application onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 8–10+ years of experience in network engineering, with significant focus on load balancing and application delivery • Proven experience operating in large-scale, enterprise environments • Expert-level hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP platform • Expert-level hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC • Expert-level hands-on experience with VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI) • Strong expertise in Layer 4–7 protocols (HTTP/S, TCP, UDP, SSL/TLS, DNS) • Expertise in load balancing methods, persistence, and traffic steering • Expertise in SSL offloading and certificate management • Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier application issues • F5 certifications (CTS or higher) • Citrix ADC certifications (CCA-N / CCP-N or higher) • VMware NSX / AVI-related certifications • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
