📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Deployment Specialists as well as Managers. • Own delivery standards across numerous teams, including tooling, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks. • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and capacity planning across Deployment and Data Migration & Integration. • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing changes. • Serve as a point of escalation for complex deployment and integration issues. • Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding frameworks, and development planning for both teams. • Represent both functions in planning cycles, providing delivery forecasts and operational risk assessments. • Ensure all team members are in compliance with security clearance requirements and applicable data standards. • Support pre-sales and scoping conversations where deployment or integration complexity requires senior input.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience. • 8–12 years of experience in technical delivery, deployment, or systems implementation, with 3-5 years in a people management role. • Demonstrated experience managing managers or leading multi-team functions in a software delivery or professional services environment. • Familiarity with data migration and system integration practices in enterprise or SaaS contexts. • Strong technical proficiency across multiple environments, including Linux, AWS, and Azure, along with scripting and database deployment experience. • Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams through clear goal-setting, coaching, and performance management. • Familiarity with public safety software or mission-critical enterprise software environments is strongly preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, project, and leadership audiences. • Experience using AI tools as part of daily support workflows to enhance productivity and response quality. • Ability to obtain applicable security clearances.
