• Guide customers through renewal processes. • Own complex negotiations and manage contract inquiries. • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal). • Influence customer retention and expansion. • Maintain accuracy in contract creation and CRM updates. • Develop deep product fluency.

• Strong background in a combination of sales, customer success, and renewal management. • Proven ability to drive contract renewals and enhance customer relationships. • Expertise in core contract management competencies: Leading enterprise renewal cycles end-to-end; Navigating complex pricing and contract structures. • Exceptional commercial judgment and creativity. • Ability to simplify complexity while maintaining trust and momentum throughout the renewal process. • Strong communication skills over phone and email. • Detail-oriented and solutions-oriented approach. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
