• Proven ability to own a P&L and deliver sustained growth, profitability, and scalability • Track record of driving market expansion, launching new products, or transforming businesses • Strong financial acumen and ability to make value-creating decisions • Experience building and leading executive-level teams • Comfort with emerging technologies (including AI) • Exceptional communication and influence skills • Ability to simplify complexity, work through ambiguity, and make bold decisions • Resilience and adaptability under pressure • Prior experience managing a B2B software company • Proven entrepreneurial mindset and pace-setter traits • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus) • 8+ years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership • Broad financial understanding (P&L, BI tools, FP&A, financial documents) • Experience developing strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration • Ability to analyse and solve complex business problems • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
