📋 Description

• Architect and lead the development of scalable computer vision pipelines to solve complex event detection challenges, ensuring their seamless integration into our existing production systems. • Develop and maintain an internal SDK for solving similar computer vision tasks across projects. • Facilitate critical technical discussions and architectural design sessions, setting the technical vision and making key trade-off decisions for the team's most complex projects. • Identify, define, and drive initiatives to improve MLOps practices, enhance internal tooling, reduce systemic technical debt, integrate best practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in computer vision, with a proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade computer vision solutions. • Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. • Strong, hands-on experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, from data collection to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. • Hands-on experience with kubectl for monitoring and debugging ML systems in production. • Comfort with the daily use of LLM-based tools for prototyping, debugging, or documentation. • Very good verbal and written English skills (at least B2+).
