📋 Description

• Own the technical knowledge of the product and bridge the gap between product and business requirements on one hand and technical implementation on the other. • Analyse complex operational and system requirements, breaking them down into structured and clear tasks for development teams. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. • Create and maintain high-quality system documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and data mappings. • Ensure alignment and communication between product and technical teams to reduce ambiguity and misalignment. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation activities. • Support QA and technical teams in product-related questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in software engineering teams. • Strong background in creating clear, detailed technical documentation, requirements, and API specs. • Proven ability to decompose complex problems into manageable tasks. • Experience working in agile development environments. • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders. • Experience with AI/ML and data processing pipelines will be a plus. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field. • Experience in working with aviation products will be a plus.
