📋 Description

• Manage your own book of business build trusted advisor partnerships and client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all data needs • Develop documentation covering all clients data assets, processes and best practices • Deliver client presentations, trainings and knowledge transfer sessions • Guide existing clients to keep data updated and optimized for success • Conduct strategy sessions, workshops and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent's data standards and processes • Proactively monitor client data and systems to ensure ongoing data quality and accuracy • Perform ad hoc analysis, report development and troubleshooting as needed • Maintain expertise in Assent's products, features and roadmap to help clients maximize value • Identify process improvements, technical issues and make recommendations • Proactively identify data risks, assess potential impacts, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies • Collaborate cross- functionally to continually enhance Assent's data solutions and client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years related work experience • Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships • Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences • Great verbal and written communication skills in English as well as an additional language in German and English • Advanced Excel skills - able to leverage all Excel functions to analyze and report complex datasets • Excellent understanding of data management and analysis principles
