📋 Description

• Lead the design of production-grade GenAI solutions including copilots, automated workflows, retrieval systems, and agent-based architectures • Develop and maintain reusable patterns, reference architectures, design standards, and code templates • Provide solution design leadership and architectural oversight for all AI initiatives • Evaluate emerging LLM capabilities and guide model selection, integration strategy, and implementation approach • Provide technical guidance, oversight, training, and enablement to GenAI program developers and citizen developers • Translate solution designs into clear engineering specifications and development plans • Oversee code quality, development workflows, testing strategies, and deployment processes • Implement technical guardrails for secure data handling and responsible AI usage • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine use cases, assess feasibility, and translate operational needs into technical workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in technical roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope • specialized experience in technology solution design, applied AI engineering, or system integration • demonstrated experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications • strong proficiency in Python • hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or DSPy • solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) • experience designing secure and responsible AI solutions • ability to translate business needs into clear architectural designs • proven experience providing technical guidance to developers or cross-functional engineering contributors • strong analytical and problem-solving skills • excellent communication and collaboration skills
