📋 Description

• Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner • Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding • Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality • Maintain system documentation and training materials • Deliver systems training • Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Greater • Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Process optimization focus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • This position does not require travel • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements
