📋 Description

• Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to align Salesforce solutions with product/business goals • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and process workflows • Lead discovery workshops; document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical execution • Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, declarative development, and customizations • Ensure seamless integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms • Conduct solution reviews and support quality assurance and usability phases • Stay informed on Salesforce releases and advise stakeholders on feature impact • Support change management and user training for new Salesforce capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation • Proven experience delivering scalable and effective Salesforce solutions across various business domains • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Tableau/CRM Analytics) • Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein Discovery, Salesforce Copilot, and Agent Force • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative tools, and customization options • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Expertise in business process mapping and optimization • Familiarity with data migration, security models, and integration patterns • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required) • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (preferred); Application or System Architect beneficial
