📋 Description

• Guide a team of Salesforce developers and engineers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery. • Own the technical vision and solution architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce and multi-cloud implementations. • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with client stakeholders to define requirements and demonstrate Astound’s Salesforce capabilities. • Collaborate on RFP responses, solution estimates, demos, and technical presentations that highlight our value and expertise. • Stay ahead of Salesforce product updates and industry trends to identify opportunities for process optimization, reusable solutions, and accelerators. • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, robust architecture, and efficient performance across projects. • Work closely with delivery leads, project managers, and business consultants to align technical solutions with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading Salesforce Core and B2B Commerce (or related cloud) implementations. • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams on complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects. • Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) and Salesforce data tools. • Experience in pre-sales activities such as estimating, scoping, and solution documentation. • Strong command of Salesforce SDLC, DevOps, and integration best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
