📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting across multiple entities in QuickBooks Online • Maintain general ledger integrity, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accurate classification of transactions • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including COGS, freight, international vendors, and multi-currency transactions • Support month-end and year-end close, including preparation of adjusting journal entries • Help reconcile and allocate landed cost data across SKUs • Ensure clean financial data aligned with GAAP and internal SOPs • Collaborate with our finance analyst and controller for timely and accurate reporting • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the books and fix them proactively • Maintain internal documentation and help drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CA finalists are encouraged to apply) • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with US-based companies • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and multi-entity accounting • Prior experience with e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or high-volume inventory businesses • Familiarity with multi-currency books and reconciling complex payment flows • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control principles • Experience working with Odoo Accounting / Odoo ERP is a strong plus • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and outcome-driven • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively • Must work with US Central Time (CST) hours.
