📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on HRSD, Employee Center/Portal, and enterprise integrations. • Drive technical design decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures aligned with platform best practices. • Facilitate discovery and design workshops, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and architecture documents. • Guide and mentor development teams, providing direction on configuration, custom development, portal design, and integration patterns. • Oversee technical quality through code reviews, solution validation, deployment planning, and Go-Live readiness. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identify risks, recommend optimizations, and shape long-term platform roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years architecting ServiceNow solutions, including 3+ years of HRSD design and implementation experience. • 5+ years building and optimizing Employee Center portal experiences, including UI/UX considerations. • 5+ years designing enterprise integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and identity/SSO patterns. • Strong understanding of platform architecture such as data modeling, ACL/security, flow orchestration, performance optimization, and scoped applications. • Proven ability to lead client workshops, clarify requirements, and translate them into scalable technical designs. • Experience guiding Agile delivery activities, including story review, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and coach technical teams.
