📋 Description

• Perform General Ledger accounting and reporting of financial and operational activity • Own assigned areas during the monthly close • Maintain schedules including prepaid expenses and fixed assets • Review and approve related transactions • Assist with preparation of journal entries for general ledger reconciliation • Perform accounts payable, cash, and other account reconciliations • Manage the Accounts Receivable entry and reconciliation process • Ensure account reconciliations are prepared and reviewed in a timely manner • Assist with monthly management reporting and analysis of financial results • Support budget creation and variance analysis • Retrieve corporate mail and process it for further action

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience • Associate degree in Accounting required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred • Extensive knowledge of accruals, schedule creation, and schedule maintenance • Solid oral and written communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Working knowledge of general ledger systems, such as Sage Intacct or QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Expertise using Pivot Tables, Conditional Sum, and V-Lookup functions • Experience in a collaborative professional environment • Ability to tackle tasks independently • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
