• ATAK Interactive is a full-service RevOps agency committed to driving growth for our clients through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. • Our HubSpot + Lead Gen services span sales enablement, marketing hub onboarding, sales hub onboarding, solutions architecture, API integrations, CRM migrations, Content Hub Development, graphic design, SEO, web development, email marketing, paid digital marketing, and more. • Our approach is built on four key pillars: Strategic Vision, Execution, Communication, and Customer Success. • We craft comprehensive roadmaps aligned with client goals to drive measurable growth. • Transparent, prompt, and effective communication is vital, as is setting expectations and boundaries while maintaining a consistent dialogue. • We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Client Services Manager with a strong marketing and lead generation background to join our growing remote team. • You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading marketing strategy, coordinating execution, and ensuring every project delivers real business impact. • Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for B2B clients. • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic guidance. • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, performance tracking, and clear communication. • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and CRM reports. • Collaborate on growth strategies that drive leads, conversions, and measurable results. • Work with designers, developers, content creators, and paid media specialists to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management: Mastery of project management tools (we use Wrike), with a track record of keeping projects on time and under budget. • Client Management: Proven ability to manage 5–7 client accounts, serving as the strategic lead and point of contact. • B2B Marketing Acumen: 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing clients across paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, and website projects—ideally in an agency setting. • Content & Web Knowledge: Comfortable guiding clients through content strategy and website projects (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar). • Analytical & Strategic: Data-driven thinker who uses insights to improve campaign performance and client results. • HubSpot Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and reporting tools is a plus, but not required. • Team Player: Collaborative, communicative, and able to motivate cross-functional teams and clients alike. • Positive Attitude: Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic—someone who clients and teammates love working with.
