• Handle end-to-end order processing; • Follow up on orders; • Populate and update Excel spreadsheets with required data; • Receive sales orders by email and enter them into the ERP, verifying price, stock, delivery date, and related details; • Mark/forward orders for dispatch; • Process returns for rejected orders; • Provide support to customers and the Commercial/Sales team; • Manage product shipment processes; • Perform critical review of received orders, such as checking product code, product description, price, and medication expiration date; • Provide service to laboratories, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• Minimum 18 years of age; • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress); • Intermediate English (written and spoken); • Experience in customer service, preferably in Customer Service and/or Back Office; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel); • Good typing skills; • Preferably located near or have easy access to the South Zone of São Paulo.
