• Serve as a trusted advisor and project lead throughout implementation • Lead customers through organizational changes required to adopt athenaOne • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders • Set accurate expectations around athena’s product capabilities • Collaborate with the cross-functional Onboarding team to deliver implementation experience • Maintain documentation of project milestones and decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • 5–7 years of related professional experience in healthcare or closely aligned industry • Minimum three years of project management experience • Executive-level communication skills • Direct experience with revenue cycle management a strong plus • Familiarity with established medical specialty desired
