🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success roles or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions • Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt etc. • Fluent in written and spoken German and English • Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements
