🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success roles or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions or experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields. • You believe in the power of data collaboration and are committed to customer success. • Possess a strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt etc. • You can translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements and help customers achieve & measure ROI. • Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. • Familiarity with metadata management, lineage, and governance frameworks. • Comfort with basic technical discussions about APIs, workflows, and integrations. • Industry expertise (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail) to contextualize solutions. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA. • Hands-on experience with success platforms like Vitally, Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
