‱ Motivation to Lead: You're motivated to lead the company as the CEO/General Manager/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). ‱ Passion for Running Organizations: With or without us, running an organization and managing people is your calling. ‱ Comfort with Challenges: You know what you're signing up for and are comfortable with a challenge. ‱ Startup Mentality: You're familiar with the scrappiness of running a startup vs. the corporate world. ‱ Hands-On Leadership: You have a track record of running teams and organizations with a hands-on attitude. ‱ Results-Driven: You operate on logic, drive results, and provide cadence to the teams. ‱ Daily Active Engagement: Leadership, management, and accountability for the team and product. ‱ Operational Ownership: Ownership of all day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. ‱ Business Workflow Optimization: Testing, validation, and refinement of business workflows to ensure operational efficiency. ‱ Founder Support: Coaching and support from the founder team. ‱ Profit and Loss Responsibility: You will own the P&L over time. ‱ Profit Share: You will have a significant profit share in the business, i.e., you will think like an owner from day one. ‱ Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to growing, building, and owning the ATLAS SalesOS.

‱ Risk Appetite and Capacity: Comfortable with taking risks. ‱ Experience: Previous experience in running teams and/or organizations. ‱ Coachability: Open to learning and growth. ‱ Effective Communicator: Able to have tough but necessary conversations with people and stakeholders. ‱ Rational and Objective: Solid judgment and decision-making skills. ‱ Startup Skills: Solid track record with skills in a key startup discipline (sales, operations, tech, product, marketing, etc.). ‱ Domain Expertise: Relevant domain expertise in Sales & Lead Generation (optional).
