📋 Description
• Collaborate with your peers in Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes • Partner with customers to help solve their business challenges • Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion • Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise • Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance • Partner with non-customer-facing teams across Atlassian
🎯 Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience within SaaS companies • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles where you’ve engaged with and influenced customer stakeholders • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM • Experience with popular best-in-breed products in the ITSM space and Atlassian ecosystem • Background in IT operations roles • You're fluent in English, and are able to use German as second language for business communication.
