📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies based on keyword and competitor research • Execute technical and on-page optimizations, including metadata, site structure, and internal linking • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from topic planning and content briefs to coordinating with freelance copywriters • Oversee backlink initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic growth • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance • Deliver clear SEO updates and actionable insights to internal Account Strategists • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging SEO opportunities and evolving search trends • Contribute to internal SEO playbooks, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability • Own SEO execution across multiple client accounts and eCommerce brands

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency or supporting eCommerce brands • Proven ability to improve search rankings and drive measurable organic growth • Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts • Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows and productivity • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or similar project management and collaboration platforms • Experience building scalable SEO processes within an agency environment • Background working with fast-growing DTC or eCommerce brands
