📋 Description

• Prepare month end financial statement close procedures and consolidate all business units • Prepare and review journal entries, as well as balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis ASC 606 Revenue Recognition • Develop and maintain a timely monthly financial reporting package in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures • Establish relationships with all business unit owners to develop a working cadence for financial information and business performance metrics and reporting • Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results • Develop and maintain financial accounting system for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance and credit control • Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements • Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments and debts • Coordinating activities of external auditors • Assist the Global Controller in preparation for all Executive team meetings with accurate and timely financial reporting • Assist with financial reporting as required for Board Meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience • Big 4 Public Accounting experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, CMA preferred) • Attention to detail – detail orientation • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in fast-paced tech environment • Ability to work with multiple business lines and senior executives • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Willingness to learn and to take on a variety of tasks • Experience in a tech environment
