🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing research • Proven track record of implementing and scaling research practices within organizations • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies • Experience working as a primary/solo researcher with minimal supervision • Proficiency with research tools such as UserInterviews.com, Maze.co, UserTesting.com, Lookback, Looker, and Qualtrics • Portfolio of high-impact research that directly influenced a product roadmap • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bonus: Early-stage startup experience - complex consumer business, two-sided marketplace, and/or B2B product
