📋 Description

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and metrics that translate complex data into actionable insights, using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Sheets). • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success (CS), Support and Sales & Marketing (S&M) teams performing exploratory analyses to identify trends, anomalies and business opportunities, and communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Consolidate product data while working with other areas, manage and follow up on deadlines and shared SLAs for requests and integrations. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of provided data by performing regular checks and validations. • Extract, clean and model data in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL and BigQuery) using SQL, and perform direct extractions from tools (Pipedrive, CustomerX, Notion, Intercom, Oroboro). • Develop integrations and automations using various tools and sourcing data from different systems. • Document and organize deliverables, contributing to the creation of a knowledge base accessible to the team. • Provide technical support and guidance to other analysts and business users on the correct use of data sources and BI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an operations analyst (ops), data analyst or BI analyst. • Prior experience with spreadsheets, numerical analyses, report creation and KPI development. • Proficiency in data-focused programming languages, especially Python and/or SQL. • Proficiency in managing and querying relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL). • Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture best practices. • Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Familiarity with low-code workflow automation platforms for system integrations (preferably n8n and Zapier, or Make). • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a collaborative profile. • Investigative mindset and proven ability to structure and present complex data narratively and engagingly for non-technical audiences.
