📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between the business areas and the DSI team, translating needs and challenges into opportunities and action plans; • Deeply understand the areas' problems, facilitating discussions and proposing solutions in partnership with the technical team; • Define and communicate priorities clearly, ensuring alignment and focus on initiatives that deliver the most value to the company; • Support the DSI team in driving integration projects, automation and continuous improvement of internal systems and the corporate data repository; • Participate in and facilitate team rituals and ceremonies, promoting collaboration and ensuring visibility into progress and delivery outcomes; • Consolidate and provide transparency into the team's initiatives through reports, dashboards and periodic presentations to stakeholders; • Lead the discovery process and requirements gathering with the business areas, ensuring the team understands the “real problem” before proposing solutions; • Monitor the performance and reliability of internal systems, proposing improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks; • Work with leadership to define the DSI team's KPIs and OKRs, tracking the progress and impact of initiatives; • Support prioritization and backlog planning for the team, ensuring a balance between corrective, evolutionary and strategic work; • Foster a data-driven culture and evidence-based decision making within the team and across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in technology contexts, internal systems or integrations; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar); • Analytical ability to understand complex business processes and propose high-impact solutions; • Project and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and clarity of priorities; • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and OKRs; • Clear, empathetic and structured communication, able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences; • Strategic and business-oriented mindset, focused on value creation and continuous improvement; • Ability to work collaboratively and influence multidisciplinary teams; • Experience with process mapping and corporate systems; • Problem-oriented mindset, going beyond task execution to propose strategic solutions.
