📋 Description

• You analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars based on photos, videos, or repair estimates • You work closely with our automotive workshops • As a communication interface, you coordinate between customers, internal departments, and external service providers • Act as a technical advisor to your team and support with technical queries • Ensure that the Autohero buying experience remains positive for our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, bodywork technician, or vehicle service advisor • Ideally, initial professional experience in customer service • Fluent German language skills • Proficient in Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) • English skills are a plus • Passion for cars and willingness to learn new topics
