📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent global channel programs • Translate strategic concepts into scalable global processes • Partner closely with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, Geo and Regional teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations • Influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels • Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness • Lead program design and implementation by developing rollout plans • Develop and maintain program governance • Apply formal project management and governance practices • Facilitate worldwide meetings across multiple time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs • Strong project management, governance, and change management capabilities • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience developing executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training materials • Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives • Strategic and creative thinker with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, and Zoom • BA/BS degree
