• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Content Catalog • Work closely with customers to understand challenges related to content management, governance, and reuse in AEC industry workflows • Drive product investments aimed at improving content discoverability, quality, consistency, and reliability • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and user experience design teams to deliver intuitive and scalable content management experiences • Partner with Autodesk product teams to improve integration and adoption of Content Catalog features • Prioritize investments based on customer feedback, business objectives, product telemetry, and technical considerations • Define and track performance metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform decisions about the future roadmap • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer science, or a related field • At least 5 years of product management experience bringing software or platform features to market • Strong understanding of AEC workflows, BIM processes, and design content management • Experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product investments • Experience influencing cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders • Practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern software platforms • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience defining product success metrics and using data to guide decisions • Solid knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
• Base salary between $104,000 and $151,800 • Annual bonuses • Commissions for sales roles • Equity awards • Comprehensive benefits package
