📋 Description
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation solutions to support internal developer workflows • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Shell scripting • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand operational requirements and build cohesive platform strategies • Ensure systems are secure, observable, and resilient through monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and internal tooling • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization • Solve complex infrastructure and automation challenges using innovative approaches and industry best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, NodeJS and Shell • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch) • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams • Ability to work independently and in Agile environments
