âą Provide strategic and operational finance support to the EMEA Renewal Director âą Collaborate with EMEA Renewal leadership team on EMEA Sales Capacity Planning âą Partner with Sales leaders, Operation, Business Analytics, and Commission teams âą Review, audit and approve quota attainment âą Develop ROI analysis to track financial impact âą Support quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and ad-hoc analysis âą Reinforce internal control with the sales team âą Deliver high standard quality and accuracy in all finance support activities
đŻ Requirements
âą BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or economics âą MBA or ACCA/CPA a plus âą Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience âą Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint âą Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, PowerBI, Sigma) âą Experience with data analysis tools or languages; ability to write SQL queries in Snowflake is a plus âą Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills âą Excellent communication skills and strong team player
