📋 Description

• Welcome new customers and guide them through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and successful start with AutogenAI. • Create and manage tailored project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved. • Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet customer-specific requirements, ensuring early value and adoption. • Deliver comprehensive onboarding training sessions—both foundational and advanced—in virtual or in-person formats. • Provide proactive support and guidance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring customers feel confident and supported. • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure continuity, share feedback, and create a seamless customer experience. • Maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed on progress, platform updates, and key next steps. • Coordinate smooth handoffs to Customer Success post-implementation, supporting strong ongoing relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or customer success role within a B2B SaaS company. • Demonstrated success managing multiple customer implementations end-to-end, achieving time-bound milestones. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage cross-functional stakeholders. • Comfortable learning complex software quickly and configuring it to meet customer requirements. • Skilled in delivering both virtual and in-person onboarding sessions that inform, motivate, and build confidence. • Comfortable building structure within ambiguity, iterating processes, and taking ownership from day one.
