• Handling day-to-day billing operations while observing North American timings to ensure seamless cross-time zone collaboration • Handling billing discrepancies, responding to queries, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues • Managing subscription amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in the billing system • Supporting the creation and modification of subscription plans and pricing models in the billing system • Investigating and resolving billing disputes, working with cross-functional teams to gather information and providing timely resolutions • Carrying out weekly reconciliations, ensuring billing data is aligned between different sources • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements in billing operations, including automation and system optimization • Documenting billing processes • Assisting with other Finance tasks as and when required
