• Play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions • Deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience • Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers • Manage the loan through the different steps to ensure funding • Prepare loans for the contracting process, call borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents, and ensure all documents are signed and tracked • Handle various statuses of the loan, ensuring all steps are followed and errors are fixed promptly • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options • Address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally • Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted, while working with supporting departments • Achieve 60+ outbound phone calls daily, with 3 to 5 hours of talk time with texting and emails • Maintain a deep understanding of the products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers • Develop sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products • Manage expectations and overcome objections with a consultative sales approach • Work within lending partners' guidelines • Walk customers through document signing, collecting necessary stipulations, consistent follow-up until loan has funded • Ensure quality assurance of all work through provided tools - lender information, state information, documentation, notation, checklists, etc. • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience • Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure compliance in loan processing activities • Effectively manage and maintain an organized pipeline • Additional duties as required
• Education: High school diploma, or equivalent required • Associates or bachelor’s degree highly preferred • Ability to speak read and write fluent English • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on communication of channel operations • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and management through complex issues • Excellent presentation skills • Basic computation skills • High Level of Organization: Managing your time, energy and workspace well and can accomplish all your assigned tasks successfully before end of day • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently • Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability • Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms • Experience with CRMs preferred
