📋 Description

• Be the driving force behind the unification of our product portfolio and next generation platform • Partner with Engineering and Design to develop the future of towing software, bringing together disparate workflows into powerful, unified solutions • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities • Define and prioritize market enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals • Partner closely with engineering, sales, and business development teams to ensure alignment for portfolio goals, resourcing, and roadmaps • Drive consensus through consistent communication and active listening among a diverse set of stakeholders • Ensure products meet the needs and expectations of both service providers and end customers, identifying opportunities for platform expansion and new revenue streams • Utilize analytics and product management tooling to track, monitor, and analyze overall platform performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements to product and process • Ensure product management standards and processes are met by your delivery team, utilizing structured meetings and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management with a focus on the automotive industry or field services • Proven track record of managing complex platform products • Technical background or competency, especially with platform APIs and data models • Experience modernizing and unifying complex product portfolios • Excellent leadership skills and ability to establish expectations across diverse groups • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Highly organized and deliver focused • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
