📋 Description
• We’re expanding our Avaap's India-based Center of Excellence (ACE) team with a strategic hire: a dedicated Workday Innovation Consultant who will play a critical role in accelerating our innovation pipeline. • This is a newly created position designed to build and demo cutting-edge solutions leveraging Workday Extend applications and Snowflake integrations and embedded insights. • You'll be part of a small, high-impact pilot group focused exclusively on innovation builds and prototypes, with strong internal support and structured technical direction.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Workday Extend (certification highly preferred) • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL-based data modeling • Proficiency in Python and/or Java/Javascript • Strong understanding of Workday’s object model and integration points • Demonstrated ability to build demos or proof-of-concept applications • Snowflake certification or project experience, preferred • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferred • Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism, or People Analytics, preferred
