📋 Description

• Lead SEM strategy development and execution across assigned client brands • Oversee campaign builds, QA, launches, pacing, and optimization in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 • Develop keyword and audience strategies, competitive blunting, ad copy testing frameworks, and optimization roadmaps • Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and present results and recommendations to clients • Partner with analytics to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and custom dashboards • Manage 1–2 direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management • Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to ensure SEM is fully integrated into omnichannel programs • Stay ahead of platform updates, beta opportunities, and emerging trends, sharing innovations with the broader team • Ensure accuracy and compliance with MLR/PRC processes across all SEM deliverables • Support the Director of SEM in refining processes, developing best practices, and evolving the agency’s SEM capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of paid search experience, including hands-on campaign management and client-facing leadership • Proven ability to develop and execute SEM strategies that drive measurable ROI • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) • Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching team members • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling insights • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency • Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience strongly preferred • Google Ads and SA360 certification required; Bing Ads certification a plus.
