📋 Description

• Manage Transaction and Investment Compliance for leading asset managers • Act as direct day-to-day contact for clients advising on compliance risk for live transactions and existing investments • Review deal structures and investigate corporate ownership and funds flow to identify red flags including AML, sanctions and reputational risk • Assess key risk factors in corporate and private equity deal structures • Work closely with the Head of Investment Compliance and an international team of lawyers, paralegals and analysts • High levels of client contact and potential team management and leadership responsibilities • Opportunity to contribute to LegalTech initiatives and develop new service lines

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the UK or Europe (candidates licensed in other similar jurisdictions considered) • Has right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship • 4+ years’ post qualification experience with a background in Regulatory/Investment Compliance • Experience representing asset management, institutional investor or other financial services clients (private practice or in-house) • Strong commercial awareness with a solutions-first approach and strong attention to detail
