• Responsible for performing formatting and layout final quality control check on documents before delivery. • Verifying layout consistency • Ensuring correct typography, font size, and style • Confirming adherence to client style guides • Delivering 100% client-ready files • Availability to receive same day delivery projects

🎯 Requirements

• Vast experience in document formatting. • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and access to these tools. • Sound judgment in case of difficult layout. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual comunication or similar is a plus. • Knowledge of XTRF is a plus. • Windows Operating System is a must. • Ability to follow complex instructions. • Good communication and writing skills in English. • Thrives under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment.
