📋 Description

• Plan and oversee Salesforce projects end-to-end (implementation, maintenance, and enhancement). • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives). • Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team (developers, QA, architects, Product Owner). • Ensure delivery cadence, quality, and technical adherence of deliverables. • Monitor risks, productivity, and performance metrics. • Coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack). • Technical understanding of integrations between ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and APIs. • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Digital Transformation. • Certifications are a plus: Salesforce and/or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, Product Owner).
