📋 Description

• Build Exceptional Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts • Understand each client’s business, challenges, and strategic goals • Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and value-focused conversations • Drive Customer Success & Value Delivery: Ensure clients adopt and maximise our products and services • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and support • Monitor satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the client experience • Enable Business Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams • Advocate for client needs to influence internal strategy and product development • Use Data to Guide Success: Track account health, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics • Prepare insights and reports to support continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services • Proven ability to build strong client relationships • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills • Comfortable managing multiple accounts in dynamic environments • Background in B2B SaaS or technology solutions (Desired) • Experience identifying revenue-growth opportunities (Desired) • Data-driven mindset and strong presentation skills (Desired)
