📋 Description
• Proactively source new prospects and expanding existing accounts • Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP and VAR Partners • Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing partners insights into how our solutions solve their challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results • Attending remote and on-site meetings with Partners and Clients • Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system • Travel up to 25%
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere • 2+ years’ previous experience in the Microsoft partner eco-system • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field • Strong communication skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies - must be business fluent in Norwegian & English • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and detail-oriented
