📋 Description

• Gather, organize, and interpret information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop reports, dashboards, and solutions providing visibility into key business activities and performance • Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness projects • Identify and solve ambiguous problems by transforming data into clear, actionable insights influencing leadership decisions • Build data pipelines, reports, best practices, and frameworks for analysts and stakeholders • Transform complex data formats into data-driven metrics, intelligent dashboards, and AI-enabled applications • Modernize manual workflows into scalable, automated, and insight-driven systems using statistical analysis, cloud data platforms, and AI technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience • Advanced experience using analytics to solve engineering problems • Experience performing statistical analysis • Coding experience, such as SQL, Python, or R • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and structured datasets for business and engineering decisions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Experience with GCP-specific analytics tools and data management is preferred • Experience designing data pipelines (ETL) and modeling data is preferred • Practical experience with AI/ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled workflow automation is preferred • Strong experience managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solutions is preferred
