📋 Description

‱ Learn and apply a consultative sales process developed by our sales management team to focus on the needs of the investment advisor ‱ Drive sales of the designated mutual fund product line within the assigned territory ‱ Develop an annual sales plan and territory budget to meet company objectives based on market and client data, including sector and regional trends, market drivers and sales-process activities ‱ Establish and maintain top-tier professional relationships with advisors and intermediaries ‱ Organize branch presentations, investor seminars and other public events ‱ Develop and share best practices, ideas and sales, marketing and business development strategies with peers and advisors

🎯 Requirements

‱ Post-secondary degree in business administration or a related field ‱ Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required; preference given to candidates who hold the CFA designation and an MBA ‱ More than five years of experience in investment sales ‱ Energetic, personable individual with strong self-management skills ‱ Strong communication and presentation skills ‱ Results-oriented; able to continuously build and grow an assigned territory ‱ Ability to establish strategic relationships and manage difficult situations ‱ Highly professional and confident presence with strong influencing skills ‱ Analytical and problem-solving abilities ‱ Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required to communicate clearly and effectively with partners, clients and colleagues across Canada ‱ Adequate and reliable vehicle required
