â˘As an SEO Content Lead is expected to lead and execute the company's SEO content strategy globally. â˘Oversee on-site SEO teams, define SEO approaches, collaborate cross-functionally, manage reporting structures, and stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement. â˘Lead and execute the company's SEO content strategy across Europe, North America, Asia, & LATAM. â˘Develop and implement a comprehensive global SEO content strategy to drive organic traffic, sales, and improve search rankings across 15+ languages. â˘Lead the on-site SEO team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. â˘Define our client's SEO approach to on-page, content, localization, and UX. â˘Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inbound marketing, product, growth, design, and development, to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices into website and content development processes. â˘Own the reporting structure for markets, regional stakeholders, and senior management. â˘Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO and content marketing techniques. â˘Proactively apply new strategies for continuous improvement.
â˘Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record (3+ years) of building and developing high-performing SEO content teams. â˘Proven track record of driving organic traffic and achieving organic sales growth on a global scale. â˘Fluent English. â˘Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. â˘Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. â˘Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. â˘Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. â˘Proficient in reporting findings to key stakeholders. â˘Expert-level proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. â˘Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for SEO content optimisation.
