📋 Description

• Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join the Avvale Brasil team. • Strategic role in defining HR solutions and designing processes. • Driving best practices aligned with the S/4HANA landscape. • Implementation, conversion (Brownfield/Greenfield), rollouts, and support on SAP HCM projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion (HANA 2025) • SAP HCM for S/4HANA certification • Deep expertise in SAP HCM components: PA/OM (Personnel Administration and Organizational Management), TM (Time Management), PY (Payroll), BEN (Benefits), CATS • Experience in S/4HANA environments, including adaptation to the new data model, simplification items, compatibility, and use of Fiori apps. • Specialist in HR process analysis and mapping, proposing optimizations and ensuring alignment with SAP functionality. • Experience with Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, and data migration to S/4HANA. • Integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP CPI, IDoc and RFC interfaces, Web Services, and integrations with external systems. • Leading functional testing (SIT, UAT), creating test scenarios, and advanced troubleshooting. • Preparation of functional documentation, technical specifications (for ABAP), test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
