📋 Description

• Professional specialized in human capital management solutions on the SAP SuccessFactors platform • Responsible for analysis, implementation, support and continuous improvement of HCM modules • Gathering business requirements and designing processes • Functional system configuration and integration with other SAP modules • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and alignment with HR strategic needs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Valid SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central certification • Configuration and implementation experience with SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and others • HR process analysis and mapping, proposing improvements and ensuring alignment with the platform’s capabilities • Integrations using SAP CPI, SuccessFactors APIs and synchronization with legacy systems or SAP ECC/S/4HANA • Functional testing (SIT, UAT), validation of business rules, data and process flows • Logical reasoning and end-to-end process perspective • Proactivity and critical thinking to identify improvements • Organized and detail-oriented in a dynamic environment • Clear communication and ability to mediate between business and IT • Adaptability to agile methodologies and ability to prioritize requests
