📋 Description

• Lead influencer campaigns across multiple regions, managing strategy, execution, and optimization • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables globally • Build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and clients in different markets • Participate in client introduction calls and help prepare proposals • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, reporting, and campaign strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of influencer marketing experience • Strong expertise in managing campaigns beyond Egypt, including Europe, LATAM, US, UK, and APAC • Capable of leading global campaigns end-to-end • Experience sourcing and negotiating with international creators • Ability to adapt content to regional markets • Skills in tracking KPIs and mentoring junior team members • Experience managing significant budgets and coordinating across time zones
