🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or training in public administration, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • Passion for consulting and client-facing work • Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly in digitalization and process management • Initial project experience is an advantage • High commitment and willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a structured way in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel regionally • Excellent written and spoken German
